Select Favorites
Let your locator know your favorites from your list(s) - your locator will introduce/connect you directly with the onsite apartment leasing staff by email and request info on your behalf.
Rental Market
We share market knowledge to set realistic expectations. Rent rates/specials fluctuate daily based on supply and demand.
Time to Tour
Your locator can submit tour requests. If touring multiple apartments we will provide you with an "apartment comparison" form to jot down notes while touring.
Search
We search high and low to find apartments that fit your needs at the best rate. We check for new apartment specials everyday!
Report Lease/Select Gift
Once approved, let your locator know and complete report lease form and choose move-in gift from US! That's just the icing on the cake! :)
Is your service really free?
Yes! In Texas, real estate laws state that tenants' can hire a licensed agent to assist with finding rental properties. We represent you and your best interests for FREE. We are paid by the community for tenant placements. Apartments pay us out of their advertising budget - it does not change your rent rate!
