The amount of your rebate varies greatly depending on the apartment community, length of the lease, and monthly amount of rent. The amount of your cash rebate is a fixed percentage of 15% of the locator placement fee the community has agreed to pay us - UP TO $300. We show you proof of the amount to be paid to us so you know you receive the rebate as advertised. In some cases the apartment may require you to sign a 12+ month lease to qualify. *As with any monetary offer, terms and conditions apply.
