How do we do it?
We are paid a locator service fee when a prospect we have referred to an apartment signs a qualifying lease. The apartments pay us out of their advertising budget. We then take a portion of that money and give you a cash rebate. Simply inform the apartment we referred you and list "Texas Apartment Locating" on any guest cards and all lease applications.
How much will my rebate be?
The amount of the rebate varies greatly depending on the apartment community, length of the lease, and monthly amount of rent. The amount of your cash rebate is a fixed percentage of 15% of the locator placement fee the community has agreed to pay us. We show you proof of the amount to be paid to us so you know you receive the full 15% as advertised. In some cases the apartment may require you to sign a 12+ month lease to qualify. Below are rebate estimates based on most apartments paying us between 50%-100% of one month rent.
Rent rate $800 = $60 - $120 cash rebate
Rent rate $1000 = $75 - $150 cash rebate
Rent rate $1200 = $90 - $180 cash rebate
Rent rate $1400 = $105 - $210 cash rebate
Rent rate $1600 = $120 - $240 cash rebate
Rent rate $2000 = $150 - $300 cash rebate
* These are rebate estimates. Your actual rebate can be more or less. The majority of rebates fall between $75-$150. Maximum rebate is $300. As with any monetary offer, terms and conditions apply.

The apartment you lease at must recognize "Texas Apartment Locating" as your referral source to be eligible for up to a $300 Cash Rebate.
It's simple, follow these Steps!
1.When visiting apartments when asked, "How did you hear about us?" say or list Texas Apartment Locating.
2. When you fill out an Application Form, you will again be asked "How did you hear about us?" Please select "Locator Service" or "Apartment Locator" & list Locator Name / Texas Apartment Locating.
3. Once approved complete the Claim Rebate Form.
When will I get my rebate?
FAST! Rebates are processed and sent to your PayPal or Venmo account the 1st Monday after confirmed move in. (provided the apartment has verified your lease) If you do not have an account we will emal you an Amazon Gift Card!
Is there any reason I would not qualify for a rebate?
Most tenants will qualify. The only reason you would not qualify for a rebate is if the apartment does not agree to pay us. Usually, if the apartment doesn't agree to pay us it is either because they do not recognize "Texas Apartment Locating" as your referral source or you did not meet the minimum lease term. Communities have set a minimum lease term that they require before they will pay a locator fee. This varies by community some have a 6 or 7 month minimum while others require 12 months.
The apartment complex did not ask me to complete a Guest Card, am I still eligible for a rebate?
In most cases yes, as long as you have informed the apartment staff we referred you and they recognize us as your referral source. A few apartments don't use Guest Cards. Many times the onsite agent will ask you "How did you hear about us?" then he/she will complete an online version of the Guest Card.
I could not find a place to list you as my locator on the Online Application, am I still eligible for the rebate?
In most cases yes, as long as you have informed the apartment staff we referred you and they recognize us as your referral source. Some online applications don't have a space to list our company name, you may see a section that says "How did you hear about us?" please select LOCATOR SERVICE or APARTMENT LOCATOR if "Texas Apartment Locating" is not an option.
