Qualifying for $50-$200 Fast Cash Rebate - SO EASY! 

  • You must lease at an apartment community your locator added to one of your lists.

  • The apartment community you lease with must recognize "Texas Apartment Locating" as the sole referral source for all applicants. 

  • To be eligible for a cash rebate, you need to meet the apartment's minimum lease term requirement. Typically, apartment communities mandate a minimum lease term of 12 months to compensate us with a referral fee. However, some properties may agree to pay a referral fee on a lease term of 6 months or more.

  • For any cash rebate to be valid, the participating apartment community must pay Texas Apartment Locating a commission of no less than 50% of one month’s rent. *If a participating community's referral fee falls below our minimum requirements, Texas Apartment Locating reserves the right to offer a reduced cash rebate. 

  • The amount of the cash rebate is determined by your net effective monthly rental rate after specials/concessions are applied on qualifying leases.

       Rent rate under $999 = $50 cash

       Rent rate $1000 - $1599 = $100 cash 

       Rent rate $1600 - $2199 =$150 cash 

       Rent rate over $2200 = $200 cash 

  • Only one cash rebate is offered per lease, and it must be issued in the name of a leaseholder. The first Report Lease Form received with a leaseholder name will be recognized.

  • You can complete the Report Lease Form as soon as you are approved for a lease, even before you move in. However, it must be submitted no later than 15 days after the lease start date.

  • Payment of the cash rebate is subject to principal consent.

  • Before issuing a cash rebate, the apartment community you lease at must complete a "move in verification agreement" form approving our invoice and confirming you moved in.

  • Once our invoice is approved, we'll promptly arrange payment of your cash rebate directly to you, typically within 1-7 days after you move in. Payment is sent via: PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, Check or Amazon eGift Card.

  • You agree to hold “Texas Apartment Locating” and its agents harmless if the “username, phone number, or email” that you provide for Paypal, Venmo, Zelle, or Amazon eGift Card is incorrect and the cash rebate is sent to another party.

  • If for any reason a property does not agree to pay "Texas Apartment Locating" a locator placement fee, this will constitute a retraction of our rebate offer altogether.

Refer & Earn Policy​​


"Texas Apartment Locating" will email you a $50 eGift Card within 3 days of confirmed move-in for every qualifying referral you send us. What is a qualifying referral? See below.

  • A person that you refer to us that actually utilizes our services. 

  • The referred customer must list "Texas Apartment Locating" on any guest cards and lease applications.

  • The referred customer must report their lease to us.

  • In the event "Texas Apartment Locating" is not to be paid a locator service fee this is considered a non-qualifying referral and NO gift card is issued.  




"Texas Apartment Locating" reserves all rights to modify all incentives including cash rebates, promotions, gifts, policies, and disclaimers without notice. However, rebates, and gift promotions will be processed and honored based on the Terms, Conditions & Disclaimers that were in effect on the date the “Report Lease Form” was submitted.

"Texas Apartment Locating" does not collect social security numbers or other government identification numbers. We do not give or sell our client's information to outside sources or third party companies. All names, phone numbers, email addresses, and apartment addresses are completely confidential.
