Monthly Drawing – Official Rules

Promotion Overview:

This promotion offers participants the opportunity to win a 50" Samsung Smart TV as the Grand Prize, along with four (4) additional prizes of $50 Amazon Gift Cards.

Eligibility:

This promotion is open to individuals who:

• Are 18 years of age or older

• Lease from a property on their locator’s approved list

• Are listed as a leaseholder on the executed lease agreement (entries must be submitted in the name of a leaseholder)

• List “Texas Apartment Locating” and/or “Locator” as their referral source on the rental application

• Move-in from July 1, 2026-December 31, 2026.

• Provide complete move-in details to your locator (community name, unit number, rent amount, and move-in date) no later than the 10th day of the month following your move-in. Submissions received after this date will not be eligible for that month’s drawing

• Have your move-in verified by leasing staff

Entry Details:

Each qualifying lease (move-in) constitutes one (1) entry into the applicable monthly drawing. Entries are assigned based on the participant’s verified move-in month.

Entry Period

Valid for move-ins occurring between July 1, 2026 and December 31, 2026. 

 

Drawing Schedule:
• July 2026 move-ins — Winners announced August 15, 2026
• August 2026 move-ins — Winners announced September 15, 2026
• September 2026 move-ins — Winners announced October 15, 2026
• October 2026 move-ins — Winners announced November 15, 2026
• November 2026 move-ins — Winners announced December 15, 2026
• December 2026 move-ins — Winners announced January 15, 2027

 

*All drawings are conducted and managed through RandomPicker.com to ensure fairness, transparency, and random selection.

Additional Entry Conditions:

 

Unable to Confirm Move-In:
In the event that Texas Apartment Locating is unable to verify a participant’s move-in with leasing staff prior to the applicable drawing date, the entry may be deferred to the following month’s drawing once verification is completed.

​

Late Entry / Grace Period:
If a participant notifies their locator of their move-in after the submission cutoff for the applicable drawing, but within thirty (30) days of the move-in date, the entry may be included in the following month’s drawing.

​

*Notifications received more than thirty (30) days after the move-in date will not be eligible for entry into any drawing.

​

Grand Prize Fulfillment:

The monthly Grand Prize winner will receive one (1) 50" Samsung Smart TV. Texas Apartment Locating will purchase the TV from Best Buy and arrange for store pickup at the Best Buy location selected by the winner. The winner is solely responsible for pickup and must present a valid government-issued photo ID matching the name provided. *Alternative Option: In lieu of the TV, the winner may elect to receive a $300 Amazon Gift Card delivered electronically to the email address provided by the winner.

 

Bonus Prize Fulfillment:

Four (4) additional winners will each receive a $50 Amazon Gift Card. Gift cards will be delivered electronically to the email address provided by the winner.

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Texas Apartment Locating reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice. All move-ins must be verified by leasing staff to qualify.

"Texas Apartment Locating" will email you a $50 eGift Card within 3 days of confirmed move-in for every qualifying referral you send us. What is a qualifying referral? See below.

• A person that you refer to us that actually utilizes our services. 

• The referred customer must list "Texas Apartment Locating" on any guest cards and lease applications.

• The referred customer must report their lease to us.

• In the event "Texas Apartment Locating" is not to be paid a locator service fee this is considered a non-qualifying referral and NO gift card is issued.
