Founded in 2017 by Lea Simpkins, Licensed Texas Real Estate Broker, Texas Apartment Locating was built on a simple mission: to make finding an apartment easier for everyone, regardless of their budget, lifestyle, or rental history.

What began as Lea's passion for helping renters navigate the apartment search process has grown into a dedicated team of licensed real estate professionals serving Dallas–Fort Worth, Houston, Austin, and San Antonio. Along the way, we've developed a special expertise in helping renters overcome challenges such as broken leases, evictions, rental debt, poor credit, and background concerns.

We're real people, not chatbots! Our experienced apartment locators understand that every renter's situation is different. We take the time to ask the right questions upfront, identify potential rental roadblocks, and match clients with apartment communities that fit their needs and circumstances. Our goal is to help renters avoid unnecessary application fees, wasted time, and frustrating denials.

Whether you're searching for a luxury apartment, your very first place, or a second-chance opportunity, our team is here to guide you every step of the way.

And the best part? Our apartment locating service is 100% FREE!

At Texas Apartment Locating, we believe everyone deserves the opportunity to find a place to call home.
