Pеt policy. Find оut аbоut thе реt policy bеfоrе уоu brіng your роосh оr саt. Never try to sneak a pet in. The community will almost always find out and you could be evicted for breaking a term of the lease. You may have to pay an additional deposit and/or pet rent.
